12-16 offer: Pathways to Education For young people who find traditional education overwhelming. Small group sessions built around ASDAN Life Skills Challenges and the National Outdoor Learning Award, developing confidence and skills in a calm, supportive environment with no exams and no pressure.
16-24 offer: Pathways to Employability For young people taking their first steps towards work and independence. Practical, person centred Pre Stage 1 support, building the life skills, routines and confidence needed to move forward at their own pace.
In small groups delivered by experienced practitioners in local community venues. The programme progresses through three clear phases:
Building Trust — Developing routines and creating a safe, comfortable environment.
Building Skills — Practical life skills including managing money, preparing food and using public transport.
Building Confidence — Consolidating progress and looking ahead with confidence.
Progress is recognised through ASDAN Life Skills Challenges and the National Outdoor Learning Award, two flexible, inclusive frameworks that celebrate real achievement without the pressure of formal exams.
Small group support of up to six young people, delivered by experienced practitioners. Nationally recognised accreditation through ASDAN and NOLA. A structured, predictable programme designed around the needs of each individual.
